Wire breakage occurs easily at the corner because of imperfect flushing conditions after passing the corner. Unstable electrical discharging and consecutive short circuits make the wire break and interrupt the cutting process.
⚡ AccuteX releases the new PWBS to stabilize discharging and prevent wire breakage, the cutting speed still can remain at 150mm2 /min at the corner.
