This year, Accutex is proud to win the "Taichung City Outstanding Deeds for Employing People with Disabilities Award" once again—it’s our second time receiving this honor!
We firmly believe that everyone has unique potential and deserves equal opportunities in a supportive workplace. Currently, our employment rate for people with disabilities has reached 3.37%, exceeding legal requirements. Beyond offering job opportunities, we are committed to creating a workplace filled with love, inclusion, and collaboration.

To help more people with disabilities find jobs, Accutex actively participates in the "Taichung Prosperity Job Fair", providing resources and insight into our hiring needs.
At the same time, we joined the "113th Disability Workplace Experience Camp", hosted by the Taichung City Labor Bureau. During the event, job seekers with disabilities experienced assembly tasks and administrative roles. Our employees with disabilities also shared their experiences and provided guidance, boosting confidence and helping participants take their first steps into the workplace.
