AccuteX Technology solemnly declares that all our export businesses strictly adhere to the "Strategic High-Tech Commodity" and "List of High-Tech Commodities Exported to Russia," ensuring utmost care to confirm that the final use of the machinery does not involve related military production.
Since the expanded export control by the Ministry of Economic Affairs in January 2023, AccuteX Technology has submitted the entire range of machine models to the Industrial Technology Research Institute for evaluation. According to the evaluation report, the Wire Cutting Machine models mentioned in the report are not within the controlled scope in terms of model, performance, specifications, and precision.
Regarding the physical control list, AccuteX Technology follows the current Bureau of Foreign Trade's "Export Entity Management List," diligently conducting checks to confirm the ultimate purpose of use.
Despite the inclusion of the Russian customer, FIAN (Institute of Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences), in the U.S. control list a few months after shipment, the company conducted a thorough check before shipment, confirming that their activities do not involve "nuclear military production use." The customer has also provided documentation ensuring that the machine's final purpose is not related to military processing.
As a Taiwanese manufacturer of EDM machines, representing Taiwan's industrial image globally, AccuteX Technology has consistently adhered to all national regulations, ensuring that all business activities are legal and compliant.
Taiwan, being export-oriented, is significantly affected by geopolitical tensions and wars, severely impacting the global economy. We hope for the swift resolution of the conflicts in Ukraine, Russia, and the Middle East, as only stable regional politics can restore normalcy to economic and trade order.
We hereby provide the above clarification.
