Today, our General Manager traveled to Kaohsiung to participate in the #TDC Talent Development Exchange Conference. It was an inspiring gathering of professionals from various industries, exchanging ideas on how to overcome challenges like declining birthrates and workforce shortages.
With the theme "Discovering the Secret to Talent Retention" and "Paving the Way to Sustainable Development", we shared insights on how to attract, nurture, and retain talent in a time when competitive salaries and benefits are no longer the sole factors in recruitment.
