從瑜珈墊上的伸展暖身開始，一步一步喚醒身體的每一個細胞，接著正式進入拳擊有氧課程💪。
老師說：「不管幾歲，只要一戴上拳套，大家都會莫名變得很興奮。」而現場的我們，用行動證明了這句話是真的🤣。
拳一出、汗一流，壓力也跟著一拳一拳被釋放。
不只是一堂運動課，更是一場讓身心 reset 的週五儀式。
在流汗與笑聲中，我們一起迎接週末的到來🌿

🥊 AccuTex i-Sports Challenge Series | Boxing Aerobics Class!
On Friday afternoon, we chose a different way to speed up our heartbeat.
We started with gentle stretching on yoga mats, gradually awakening every cell in our bodies, and then moved into an energetic boxing aerobics session 💪.
The instructor said: “No matter your age, once you put on boxing gloves, you’ll surprisingly feel excited.”
And we proved it true right on the spot 🤣
With every punch thrown and every drop of sweat, stress was released punch by punch.
This wasn’t just a workout class—it was a Friday ritual to reset both body and mind.
Through sweat and laughter, we welcomed the weekend together 🌿
Leaving fatigue behind on Friday, and bringing lightness into the weekend.
