今年由 #臺中市政府勞工局 首度主辦的「企業職工福利委員會共榮暨創意表揚活動」順利落幕🎊，徠通榮幸從眾多參與企業中脫穎而出，獲得 #第一屆創意獎 的肯定✨。
過去三年，徠通的職工福利委員會以「提升員工參與度」與「深化企業文化」為核心，規劃多元且具特色的活動：

當然，在推動過程中，我們也注意到部分活動參與率會受到週末安排、孩子考試時段、資訊傳遞速度及前置作業程序等因素的影響。這些都是未來我們持續精進、調整的方向💪。

🏆 Employee Welfare Committee Co-Prosperity & Creativity Awards｜Accutex Wins the First-Ever “Creativity Award”
This year, the Taichung City Government Labor Affairs Bureau hosted the inaugural Employee Welfare Committee Co-Prosperity & Creativity Awards. We are proud to share that Accutex stood out among many participating companies and earned the 1st Creativity Award ✨🎊.
Over the past three years, our Employee Welfare Committee has centered its efforts on enhancing employee participation and strengthening company culture, planning a wide range of meaningful and engaging activities:

✅ Family Day events
✅ Holiday celebrations
✅ Health-promotion programs & sports activities
Through these experiences filled with warmth and connection, we’ve cultivated a workplace atmosphere with stronger cohesion and a deeper sense of belonging 🥰.
Of course, throughout the process, we also observed factors that may affect participation—such as weekend schedules, children’s exam periods, information flow, and pre-event planning procedures. These insights will guide us as we continue to refine and enhance future activities 💪.
This award is not only a recognition of the Welfare Committee’s dedication, but also an important milestone on Accutex’s journey toward building a truly “happy workplace.”
