今天很榮幸迎來 #雲科大企管系EMBA 的學長姐們到 #徠通科技 進行企業參訪🎉。感謝總經理、廠長與部門主管於上午的分享中，深入淺出地傳遞了徠通在 #經營管理 與生產現場的實戰經驗🔧。
學員們在 Q&A 交流時間熱情踴躍發言，從節能減碳議題、管理制度到品質改善等面向，都帶來許多精彩提問與回饋👏！
其中有學員特別提到徠通的「#品質提案改善制度」，對他的印象非常深刻，讓我們非常感動🥹：
🔹 首先我們會建立一張品質提案大表單，讓生產與組裝現場的同仁或相關同仁，能夠回報遇到的問題。
🔹 每週 / 每月定期檢討會議，針對問題給予評分與追蹤改善。
🔹 將同仁的提案累積成 A.B.C.D 等級積分，兌換電影票或餐券作為回饋🎁。
這樣的制度鼓勵主管與同仁的 #雙向溝通，也促使品質與團隊合作同步成長，正是 #徠通 持續進步的關鍵之一！

🏫 Company Visit｜YunTech EMBA at Accutex
We were honored to welcome EMBA students from the Department of Business Administration at YunTech to #Accutex for a company visit today! 🎉
Thanks to our GM, plant manager, and team leaders for sharing valuable insights on business management and real-world production operations🔧.
During the Q&A session, students actively discussed topics such as energy saving, management systems, and quality improvement👏.
One highlight was our Quality Improvement Proposal System, which left a deep impression:
🔹 A suggestion form allows production and assembly team members to report issues
🔹 Weekly/monthly review meetings track and score these issues
🔹 Points earned from suggestions can be exchanged for movie tickets or meal coupons🎁.
This system encourages two-way communication and continuous team growth — one of the key reasons behind Accutex’s steady progress! 💪
