#徠通 很榮幸與 #中彰投區銀髮人才資源中心 合作，舉辦為期兩天的 #中高齡及高齡者職場體驗活動，邀請具有就業意願的中高齡朋友走進徠通，親身體驗精密機械與智慧製造的工作環境。
活動內容除了公司介紹、產業趨勢與中高齡友善職場分享外，更安排了 #實地參訪 與 #多項實作體驗，讓學員透過親身操作，深入了解工具機產業的工作內容與發展機會⚙️。
我們持續打造友善、多元、共融的工作環境，透過完善的職場制度、健康促進活動及人才培育機制，讓不同年齡、不同背景的人都能安心工作、持續成長😎🧡。

AccuteX was honored to partner with the Central Taiwan Senior Workforce Resources Center to host a two-day Workplace Experience Program for Mid-Career and Senior Job Seekers. The program welcomed participants interested in re-entering the workforce to experience firsthand the world of precision machinery and smart manufacturing.
In addition to introducing our company, industry trends, and age-friendly workplace initiatives, the program included factory tours and hands-on practical experiences, allowing participants to gain a deeper understanding of the machine tool industry through real workplace operations and interactive learning. ⚙️
