在前兩次的課程後,大家開始更能同理他人觀點,也在溝通中少了情緒,多了理解與行動力💡。
我們更進一步,全體同仁一起共同擬定出屬於 #徠通 的當責行為指標:

Today marked our third session of the “Accountability Training” led by the amazing instructor Chen. From the very first session to applying it in real life, our #Accutex team has been steadily turning the concept of accountability into real actions 🤩!
After the first two sessions, everyone has grown to better understand different perspectives, communicate with less emotion and more empathy, and take initiative with clarity 💡.
This time, we went a step further — all of our team members came together to define Accutex’s Accountability Behavior Guidelines:
1️⃣ Communicate proactively to understand needs
2️⃣ Take ownership of responsibilities
3️⃣ Keep promises and follow through
4️⃣ Report progress and results clearly
