#徕通 很荣幸与 #中彰投区银发人才资源中心 合作，举办为期两天的 #中高龄及高龄者职场体验活动，邀请具有就业意愿的中高龄朋友走进徕通，亲身体验精密机械与智慧制造的工作环境。
活动内容除了公司介绍、产业趋势与中高龄友善职场分享外，更安排了 #实地参访 与 #多项实作体验，让学员透过亲身操作，深入了解工具机产业的工作内容与发展机会⚙️。

AccuteX was honored to partner with the Central Taiwan Senior Workforce Resources Center to host a two-day Workplace Experience Program for Mid-Career and Senior Job Seekers. The program welcomed participants interested in re-entering the workforce to experience firsthand the world of precision machinery and smart manufacturing.
In addition to introducing our company, industry trends, and age-friendly workplace initiatives, the program included factory tours and hands-on practical experiences, allowing participants to gain a deeper understanding of the machine tool industry through real workplace operations and interactive learning. ⚙️
